1. What is GoalNavi?

GoalNavi is not just a simple expense tracker. It is a personal finance management app that helps users organize budgets, recurring expenses, loans, insurance, and investment plans around their financial goals.

2. Where is my data stored?

GoalNavi 1.0 stores data inside the app on the user's device.

The current version does not provide account registration, login, server sync, or external financial institution connection.

3. Will my data disappear if I delete the app?

If the app is deleted, data stored on the device may be deleted.

Please export a backup before deleting the app if you need to keep important data.

4. How do I back up my data?

You can use backup export in the Settings screen.

Exported backup files are managed directly by the user and can be restored later using backup import.

5. What is CSV export?

CSV export saves user-entered records as a table-style file.

Exported CSV files can be opened in spreadsheet apps.

6. Does GoalNavi automatically import bank or card data?

No.

GoalNavi 1.0 does not automatically connect to banks, cards, securities companies, insurance companies, or other financial institutions.

All income, expenses, loans, insurance, and investment information is entered directly by the user.

7. Does GoalNavi recommend investments or financial products?

No.

GoalNavi does not provide financial product recommendations, investment advice, loan brokerage, or insurance consulting.

Loan repayment amounts, investment projections, goal amounts, and budget analysis results are reference information calculated from user-entered data.

8. Are loan repayment amounts or investment projections exact?

App calculations are reference estimates based on conditions entered by the user.

Actual financial institution calculations, interest, fees, taxes, and investment results may differ.

Important financial decisions should be made by the user's own judgment and with professional consultation when needed.

9. What is app lock?

App lock helps protect financial information from being immediately visible when the app becomes inactive or is reopened.

App lock works on the device, and unlock information is not transmitted to an external server.

10. What are notifications?

Notifications help users check their records and goals regularly.

Notification permission can be allowed or denied by the user and changed at any time in device settings.

11. What is Pro?

Free provides basic goal-based money management features at no cost.

Pro is a one-time purchase that expands core financial management features.

12. How do refunds work?

Refunds for in-app purchases made through the App Store are handled through Apple's refund process.
