GoalNavi Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms explain the conditions for using the GoalNavi app and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the operator.

2. Service Description

GoalNavi is a personal finance management app that helps users organize and review financial goals, income, expenses, budgets, recurring items, loans, insurance, and investment records entered directly by the user.

Calculations and statistics provided in the app are reference information based on user-entered data.

3. User-Entered Information

Users are responsible for keeping information entered in the app accurate and up to date.

Incorrect input may cause calculations or statistics to differ from the user's actual situation.

4. Local Storage and Backup

GoalNavi 1.0 does not use account registration or server storage. User-entered data is stored inside the app on the user's device.

Data may be deleted due to app deletion, device loss, device replacement, or operating system errors. Important data should be preserved directly using backup export.

5. In-App Purchase

GoalNavi Pro may be provided as a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase.

Purchases and refunds made through the App Store are subject to Apple's policies and procedures.

6. Financial Notice

GoalNavi does not provide financial product recommendations, investment advice, loan brokerage, or insurance consulting.

Loan repayment amounts, investment projections, goal amounts, budget analysis, and other results are reference information and may differ from actual financial institution terms, interest calculations, taxes, fees, and investment results.

Important financial decisions should be made by the user's own judgment and with professional consultation when needed.

7. Prohibited Use

Users must not use the app for illegal purposes or for purposes that infringe the rights of others.

Actions that interfere with the normal operation of the app or unauthorized modification, analysis, or distribution of the app may be restricted.

8. Service Changes

Service details and these Terms may change due to app feature changes, operational policy changes, or legal changes.
